Refund and Returns Policy

Darshan Home Nursing Services believes in complete customer satisfaction. We have therefore designed a return policy to meet your needs:

You may cancel a product within 24 hours of having placed the order of the product, in case the product has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, you may not cancel your order unless otherwise stated.

Easy Return & Refund Policy

At Darshan Home Nursing Services, we understand how important the look and feel of a product are. We understand that there are times when you’ve purchased a product, and for any reason, you might want to return the same. We introduce to you an easy returns policy. You may write to us/inform us at enquiry@darshanelderscare.com within 5 days of receiving the product, and we will accept a return of the same. We request you keep the shipping tags/packaging intact and ship the product back unused. Upon receiving the product and on inspection, we will refund the amount to you.

Exceptions:

Please note due to hygiene purposes, we will not be able to accept a return of products under the categories Adult diapers, Bath Safety, and Incontinence.

Conditions for Return/Refund

1. Products/Items should be unused.
2. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
3. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
4. Please note that unless the products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

Refunds

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Darshan Home Nursing Services. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days of the process being completed.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account within 7 working days of the returns process being completed.
A refund will be made in case replacement is not possible.

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

Please mail us at enquiry@darshanelderscare.com giving the order no. and the reason you would like to return it.
Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached and send it to Darshan Home Nursing Services, 194, 8th Main, Narayana Nagar 2nd Block, Bangalore City Municipal Corporation Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560062
